Kew Labs will automatically send out Fedex tracking information via email when product has shipped.
Once your order has been processed and picked up by Fedex, Kew Labs will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. This email will be sent from info@kewlabstech.com.
Please allow up to 2 days from the confirmation of your order for Fedex to pick it up. If you do not see the email with your tracking information, remember to also check your spam folder for any emails from info@kewlabstech.com.
During holiday shutdowns, please be aware that there may be delays in both order tracking confirmations and shipping collections from our facility.
